Pipechem CC was established in 1984 and has branches in Nigel, Cape Town and Durban.

We are one of the leading stockists of pipes, fittings, and flanges in South Africa. We are well known for our excellent service as well as the outstanding quality of the products we supply. The company has access to all major suppliers and manufacturers of pipes, fittings, and flanges worldwide. This enables us to offer competitive pricing without compromising on quality. We have seven separate warehouses, equipped with eleven overhead cranes, in Nigel Gauteng, providing +/-11 000 square meters of undercover storage. Our well-trained, qualified staff enable us to perform non-destructive testing as well as positive material identification in-house.

Our sister company, Pipe Forge CC, was established in 1995. This modern facility manufactures quality forged fittings and flanges. Pipe Forge has also been approved by Astron Energy, Sapref, Engen, and Sasol, to name but a few.

Itshoba Trading (Pty) Ltd was established in 2004, as part of the Pipechem CC Black Economic Empowerment (BEE), with the majority shareholding and control held by previously disadvantaged individuals. The company has been created with the primary objective of empowering and enriching employees from our sister companies Pipechem CC and Pipeforge CC. It is these employees that form the majority of our shareholders.
